The Challenge

After an overall print tender, Anglian appointed RetailTeam to supply a ‘basket of products’, including NCR and Bond pads, colour leaflets and full colour marketing brochures. With regular volume runs, Anglian were seeking a proactive supplier who could provide value and service; ensuring that quotes are returned promptly and SLA and pricing requirements are met.

Our Solution

Our Account Team worked with Anglian to truly understand their requirements, priorities and build a solution that could deliver. We worked closely with our Print Procurement team and our supplier base to ensure that we could consistently quote quickly, to the right price, and deliver on time. We now regularly produce and deliver orders for 1-10k brochures, 250k door drop leaflets, and 300-500 NCR pads per month.

We provide quotes within 24 hours and the jobs are delivered within 5-7 days or sooner if the client requires. All orders are delivered directly to the client by our suppliers to further expedite the process, as they don’t require us to hold stock on their behalf. We deliver all goods, most of which are high volume, to Anglian’s Norwich head quarters enabling consolidation of onward deliveries to their locations nationwide.

After a successful implementation period and due to our methodical approach we were invited to bid for door drop flyers, which we now also supply. We are currently collaborating on future projects to enable further cost savings.
