“We have worked with RetailTeam for a number of years for our office supplies, but this was the first opportunity we’ve had to use the InteriorsTeam part of the business. They didn’t disappoint, and we are very pleased with the new layout and design. The process ran smoothly from start to finish, and we even moved in ahead of schedule. I would happily recommend them to other businesses with re-planning or furniture requirements.”

The Challenge

This project concerned their Harrogate office, which was moving to new premises.

The new building was an empty shell and unsuitable for Lookers’ requirements. The brief was to create a multi-use, well planned environment that included individual offices, meeting rooms and open plan areas. With four weeks to complete the project from taking occupation of the premises to moving in, strict scheduling was necessary to ensure that the deadlines were met.

Our Solution

We produced a number of design options for Lookers to consider, which allowed the best use of the space available. The final design and build solution enabled the building to become a fully functional work space accommodating numerous styles of work, from individual executive offices to open areas for collaborative work. We worked with Lookers to provide suitable furniture for the executive offices, whilst in the open plan areas we matched existing furniture to maximise the budget.

The project ran smoothly with the fit out and installation carried out on time, enabling staff to move in ahead of the original deadline. InteriorsTeam worked closely with Lookers throughout the development to ensure that we met their requirements, and have provided a professional, modern solution giving staff a better working environment.
